PhD project title and a short abstract
"Addressing Psychosocial and Lifestyle Risk Factors to Promote Primary Cancer Prevention: An integrated platform to promote behavioural change (IBeChange program)"
My research is part of the iBeChange program, which aims to design, develop, and test the iBeChange platform—a user-focused management system that empowers individuals to achieve healthy, sustainable behaviors and enhance their emotional well-being. In my PhD project, I will focus on studying behavioral change techniques and investigating how these methods can be integrated into technological tools to develop personalized interventions. The platform itself will be designed based on these behavioral change techniques, which will serve as the foundation for its structure and functionality. By incorporating scientifically validated methods, the platform will provide tailored strategies to help users adopt and maintain sustainable lifestyle changes, whether improving their physical health, emotional resilience, or daily habits. By combining behavioral science with innovative technology, the platform aims to empower individuals to make meaningful and lasting transformations in their lives.
