Brevi cenni alla disciplina del matrimonio nell'Intesa con la Chiesa d'Inghilterra

Abstract

ABSTRACT The agreement with the Church of England joins the agreements of the second period, wich the State has stipulated since 2007 with more recently established religious confessions or with those that had had less relationships with public institutions. Whereas the protagonist of the first period were the religious confessions traditionally present in the country. The paper examines the discipline of marriage, highlighting similarities and differences with previous models. For completeness, some mention is also made of the origins of the Anglican Church, its special relationship with the English monarchy and the Anglican marriage rite.
