Abstract

This book offers a basic introduction to social research methods for undergraduates. Written in a quite accessible style, each topic is presented with many examples, actual tools, and a touch of creativity. Even data analysis is explained from a unique angle, with a very limited use of statistics and math. Although the book is simple and concise, the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the matter has never been discarded. The book ends up with a short treatment of recent developments in the field.
