 2012         Member of the research staff in the local project (FFR 2012) "The development of an evidence-based program aimed at fostering intercultural communication during adolescence" (coordinator prof. A. Lo Coco).

2012-13            Grant for international collaboration (CORI) "Autonomy and connectedness among Italian and US emerging adults" with prof. Charissa Cheah of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (USA).

2012-14    Member of the Italian research staff in the European project "CREDNET - Network for the Accreditation of the Managerial Skill" funded by LLP, Leonardo da Vinci Thematic Network (510635-LLP-1-2010-1-GR-ERASMUS-ECUE).

2013         Grant for a Study Visit in the framework of Lifelong Learning Program on the topic "Education - Participation - Citizenship" (2013-1-IT2-KA101-56464) in The Hague (The Netherlands).

2014-16    Reference person of the Department of Psychological, Educational and Training Sciences of The University of Palermo in the national project "Proprietà transitiva. Dalla comunità al successo scolastico” aimed at contrasting scholastic drop-out, promoted by NGO Segni di Integrazione, funded by Bando Educazione dei Giovani 2013 della Fondazione con il Sud.

2016-present      Reference person for the Dipartimento di Scienze Psicologiche, Pedagogiche e della Formazione of the Università degli Studi di Palermo of the project "Skills for Life: una ricerca-intervento per la promozione e la certificazione delle competenze dei giovani nel circuito penale minorile" (Skills for life: a research-action for the promotion and the certification of competence of youth involved in criminal acts) in cooperation with the Ufficio Servizi Sociali Minori (USSM) (Social Services for Youth) of Palermo.

2016 - present      Reference person for the Dipartimento di Scienze Psicologiche, Pedagogiche e della Formazione of the Università degli Studi di Palermo of the action of research and training within the frame work of the project "PRO.V.A.C.I. - Profili di volontari in apprendimento di competenze per l'inclusione” (PRO.V.A.C.I. – Profiles of volunteers in learning of competence for the inclusion), promoted by Per Esempio onlus of Palermo and funded by Fondazione con il Sud (Bando Con il Sud che partecipa 2015).

 

 

 

Collaborations

- From 2005 collaborates with prof. Paolo Albiero of the Università degli Studi di Padova (Italia).

From 2007 collaborates at the International research project MIRIPS (Mutual Intercultural Relations in Plural Societies) promoted by prof. J. Berry (Queen’s University, Canada) in cooperation with universities from several countries (Canada, New Zealand, The Netherlands, Norway, Germany, Spain, Greece, Portugal, China, Russia, India, Italy, France, USA, Israel). 

- From 2008 to 2013 have collaborated wtih prof. Zornitza Ganeva of the Faculty of Education of Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, Sofia (Bulgaria).

- From 2010 collaborates with prof. Charissa Cheah of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (USA) per lo studio dell’autonomia e della connessione durante l’adolescenza e l’emerging adulthood in una prospettiva cross-culturale.

- From 2014 collaborates with dr. Radosveta Dimitrova of the Stockolm University (Sweden).

 

- From 2014 collaborates with prof. Ughetta Moscardino of the Università degli Studi di Padova (Italia).
