Abstract
Since the last decades of the last century, studies on the Spanish monarchy have been enriched by new reflections and interest in the political and social dynamics that until then had been neglected, and thanks to the overcoming of historiographic paradigms linked to national realities. This new approach, which is linked to a dual perspective of local and international dimension, has given great importance to what is considered one of the aspects that characterized the Spanish Monarchy of the modern age: circulation, mobility and the transfer of knowledge. Despite the complex territorial articulation and wide geographical distances, the multiple "spaces" that attended the composition of the Spanish monarchy found the conjunction ring in the circulation of men, thus becoming, from isolated spaces, connected spaces.
