Abstract
The article analyzes the tool of group supervision on the inside several institutions underlining, specifically, the group processes. The article is formed of two parts: the first one analyzes the main studies on supervision and group supervision made by national and international authors. The second one is dedicated to clinical reflections resulting from the study of two supervision group inside different institutions for mental health care.
