Description

As part of the Structures & Infrastructure section, the sector mainly carries out teaching activities by providing the engineers with the knowledge necessary to acquire an approach to the economic and estimative processes to be applied to buildings and civil infrastructures. With this aim, the theoretical and operational tools are provided to solve estimation inquiries and to express judgments of economic convenience in the process of public and private projects and investments, in support of the verification, interactive and iterative, of the design decisions. At the moment no teachers of the ICAR/22 SSD are incardinated at the Engineering Department.
