The seminar will focus on the important topic of onboarding new employees. Topics include the process, content, and factors related to successful or unsuccessful adjusting to their new jobs and organizations. Implications for individuals and organizations will be covered. The seminar will include 4 independent sessions. Participation to each session will allow students to earn 1 CFU (4 CFU possible), accordingly student’s study plan.
