Valuation of construction cost for appraising and accounting purposes. Study of cross-section data for descriptive and predictive purposes with accounting schemes and models.

Automated Valuation Model. Statistical and econometric study of mathematical models that produce valuations of properties based on an analysis of the market (inventory, loan modifications, revaluations, urban renewal, on-line appraisals, etc.). Models built on cross-section data (for forecasting).
