The reasoned census activity initiated by CSTE on Green research activated in UNIPA with PON Funds shows the activation of 38 fixed-term researcher positions and 44 PhDs. The objective of the census is not only to map, but also to intercept possible synergies, in order to network and enhance the impact on the territory.

Some researchers presented their research project during the event
"A Year of Green Research" on April 19, 2023 in which the interconnections among the SDGs are made explicit.

The day was held in the Sala Magna of the Steri Monumental Complex with the participation of UniPa researchers, whose projects are funded with PON "Research and Innovation" 2014/2020 - Action IV.6 "Research on green issues."

The initiative, which was opened by greetings from UniPa Rector Prof. Massimo Midiri, Pro-Rector for Research, Technology Transfer and Relations with Administration Prof. Andrea Pace, and CSTE Director Prof. Maurizio Cellura, continued with the presentation of the research projects, which are the result of an intense cooperation in the making with foreign companies and research organizations.

The partner companies involved in the projects spoke at the meeting, emphasizing, in particular, the eco-innovations arising from the developments of the ongoing studies.
