How can I be nominated by my home University?
The nomination of the Erasmus students must be done by e-mail (incoming.students@unipa.it)
according to the indications contained in the following link:

How can I send my application to your university?
You have to follow the registration guide:
Do I need a language requirement or certificate?
We don´t require any language certificate but we recommend you to improve your italian language skills as good as possible.
What are the deadlines to be nominated and to send my application?
What should I do after my application has been accepted?
Some days before your arrival in Palermo, write us an e-mail (incoming.students@unipa.it) in order to fix an appointment.
Don’t forget to bring with you all the Erasmus Documents and your ID card.
I have been nominated to the Department XY. Who is my teacher coordinator, and how do I contact him/her?
The name of the teacher coordinator is written in the learning agreement form. Its contact details can be found putting the surname in the search engine on the right top of the home page.
Will I be allowed to modify my L.A.?
No, you won’t because the only person in charge to modify your learning agreement is your teacher coordinator.

Who can provide me with didactic information concerning classes, examinations, credits, etc..?
Your teacher coordinator.
Why can’t I register to the classes?
Maybe because your coordinator hasn’t approved yet your online Learning Agreement on our portal (Portale della didattica).
Is it possible to attend an Italian language course? If so, who should I contact for information?
Yes it is, every Erasmus student can attend a free Italian language course.

Is there a dormitory inside the Campus?
The University of Palermo doesn’t have any dormitory for incoming students, anyway UniPa offers an accommodation search service that is free for all students:

ESN is a student network that takes care of incoming students and provides them with help for searching accommodation, linguistic tandem, etc.;
I would need some psychological help. Can you give me some information about it?
Psychological counselling. Psychological well-being is an important factor as well as physical wellness.
Bearing this in mind, Unipa offers to the students psychological counselling with a psychotherapist.
