Abstract

The distinction between politics and administration and the objective theme of making public work more productive is considered from the particular point of view of the evolution of the discipline of managerial positions. In particular, within the framework of the principles of impartiality and good performance (art. 97 Cost.), the legal structure of the decision to remove management positions is analysed in the light of the principle of due process as interpreted in the guidelines of the Constitutional Court
