Abstract

The aim is to examine how and why the contemporary legal practice must be supported by a solid professional ethics summed up in the respect of the rule of law. Against eliminativism in legal philosophy, the perspective of professional ethics implies an inquiry about the concept of law and to side with the autonomy of Law from Politics and morality.
