Pratiche educative di comunità tra scoutismo e famiglia

Abstract

When Scouting was born in 1907, its founder Lord Robert Baden-Powell did not consider his method to be an educational revolution, but simply a playful game aimed at building character by fostering a critical spirit through relationships that respect the principles of freedom and democracy. Despite the socio-cultural changes that have occurred over time, the educational insights contained in Scouting have not lost their validity and credibility. It is, in fact, a non-formal educational movement that walks hand in hand with the family, which is involved in defining, together with the leaders, the internal objectives of an oriented educational path.
