Abstract

The paper is the introduction to a volume dedicated to the subject of appeal tools, in the light of the "Cartabia reform" and the following "corrective amendaments". After an overview of the regulatory innovations, aimed at briefly highlighting their reasons and critical issues, the author illustrates the content of the book, describing its structure and identifying the main profiles it addresses.
