L’accertamento penale del doping autogeno tra ambiguità della fattispecie e interazioni con l’inchiesta sportiva

Abstract

The assessment of criminal cases relating to the doping context suggests a various set of reflections. The paper mainly deals with the so-called autogenic doping and follows a twofold approach. It aims to examine procedural points linked, on the one hand, to the content of the ambiguous criminal law norms; on the other hand, to the relationships between criminal proceedings and sports justice. Furthermore, the analysis highlights some specific issues that can affect individual guarantees of suspected or accused people.
