Abstract

This paper aims to discuss some textual issues pertaining to Herodotus’ papyrus P. Oxy. 48 3381, seen against the relative manuscript tradition (7.169–170). It offers a new edition of the papyrus text, accompanied with some thoughts to explain the lacuna at line 6.
