Abstract

The article examines civil and commercial mediation and family mediation as reformed by Legislative Decree 149/2022 and subsequent implementing decrees. The Author reviews the main provisions subject to legislative modification, the doctrinal orientations and the most recent jurisprudential pronouncements and arrives, in conclusion, at an overall positive evaluation of the implemented reform, while highlighting the existence of certain critical aspects and further needs for reform.
