Abstract
We describe a rare case of pedunculated endo-bronchial hemangioma observed in a 60 years old patientcomplaining of chronic productive cough and accessionaldyspnea which had been progressively worsening over 20years. The lesion was first noticed at fiberoptic bron-choscopy; then computed tomography scan was per-formed and integrated with tridimensional reconstructiontechniques. Pathology showed the picture of a vascularneoplasm, compatible with capillary hemangioma. The le-sion was submitted to laser-assisted endoscopic removal inorder to relieve the obstruction, leading to remission ofsymptoms
