Abstract
The employer is obliged to employ in hazardous activities only vaccinated workers, if it is necessary to guarantee the safety of the other workers, or of anybody who enters in touch with them. It is not possible to consider the refusal of vaccination a breach of contract, but in such a situation the employer must move the work to other activities, and if it is not possible to suspend him from duty, without fee, until the health risk will cease
