I castelli: beni culturali tra innovazione e promozione

Abstract

Italy is full of castles, silent witnesses of epic battles, glorious victories and awful defeats or simply residences of emperors and celebrities of the past. Today this important presence is absolutely underestimated. Instead they should acquire a new role in urban marketing strategies, and specially in touristic policies for the development of the territory. The objective of this paper is to focus on the potential of castles in the province of Trento.
