Abstract

the study aims to address the reasons for the institution of the Sicilian High Court and its suppression, following the entry into operation of the Constitutional Court. There is a criticism of the way in which the suppression was decided, outside of the procedures that should have been put in place. In any case, with reference to the federal models, a possible solution is advanced.
