Abstract
The design choices need to be addressed to a process whose ultimate goal is to reconstruct the architecture to define a particular sequence linked to the idea of contemporary interior exists in a city, in the light of a thick organic world of silezi eloquent (Carlos Marti Aris, 2002). The designer plays an important role in the definition of a possible innovative strategy for refunctionalization which will act as a mediator between the social/contextual, and the technical and economic needs between truth and method (Gadamer, 2000). It is important to remember that the concept of the interior has changed dramatically and this concept is complex and controversial. You enter by crossing a threshold that has to produce contemplative ecstatic amazement, one hand holding back the pace of the user within its perimeter space, the other urging his imagination towards more aesthetic experiences. With this paper we will try to represent through some concepts that describe them and make them visible our idea of contemporary interiors. A look at the new Migration and the Built Environment in the Mediterranean and specifically the case Tamils of Palermo. Contemporary interior helps to re-innovate and develop the competitiveness of a place with reports that highlight not only the expression of the form (Gianni Ottolini, 1996). On the other hand, the concept of the interior is no longer confined to the domestic sphere and the work just now also includes the places of social life and collective of the city in which the conditions of living increasingly relate to migration flows. These areas, which represent an opportunity to continue to reflect on the relationshipdwelling and cities, must be combined with a service of micro-structures, which will increasethe opportunities for exchanges between individuals. Therefore, any place, any city has the ability to become visible, to present itself from therecovered resource. But if everyone has the same chance to show consistent works, do thedesign must demonstrate, in the eyes of the public user, such as a unique and inimitable.
