Abstract

Periodically, the school and university education system reflects on the underpopulation of the intake in the educational system (see documents from the National University Council starting from the academic year 2004, and The State School in Summary, starting from the academic year 2009/2010). The quantification of the phenomenon and its evolution in terms of the behavior of students and graduates are of considerable importance, as the intake and dynamics cause significant socio-economic effects in our country, already afflicted by a territorial North-South dualism at all levels, including education and employment.
