Abstract

In recent decades, important urban regeneration processes are changing the appearance of cities. The modern city, characterized by the spaces of industrial production, now renews its disused areas by introducing fast mobility systems, communication networks and mixed-use social spaces. It is a phenomenon in progress that renews the image of the contemporary city and allows its inhabitants to experiment with new styles of life.
