Abstract
Stent-frame decoupling is a prosthesis – host interaction, where the subvalvular components of the THV conform to the native annulus, whereas the valvular components remain more uniformly expanded. The implications of stent-frame decoupling in terms of valve performance and clinical events require further investigation
