Il giudizio di Cassazione dopo il d.lgs. n.149 del 2022

Abstract

Examining at first the rules of the entry into force of the reform, the paper deals with the changes made to the new appeal, to the standardization of the chambers procedure, and to the new institutions with an accelerating function (e.g. the summary judgment proposal and the preliminary reference). However, one wonders whether this umpteenth reform on cassation judgment can really pursue the hoped-for results.
