'Ut supra dictum est': un (piccolo) enigma in cost. Tanta 21

Abstract

In const. Tanta 21 there is a reference to an earlier place (‘ut supra dictum est’), which, however, we cannot find within the constitution itself. A conjecture is proposed to solve this little riddle.
