La fisarmonica dei diritti dei MSNA: sulle note del diritto all'abitare

Abstract

The Covid-19 health emergency has had and continues to have strong effects, under different aspects, in the life of everyone. These effects are more disruptive for those categories of people in condition of greater vulnerability. Among these there are the unaccompanied foreign minors (in brief UAM) who are forced to face the so-called “triple transition”. The article intends to trace a journey through images of the dynamics activated by the pandemic in the life of unaccompanied foreign minors with a particular attention to the secondary impact that it had in their life, that is the effect of a psychological and social nature on the category under examination. The subject areas of the study are linked to accompaniment routes towards the autonomy: the residential services for young people leaving legal protection are at the heart of the reflection of this article.
