Abstract

On the basis of a decision of the Sicilian Consiglio di Giustizia Amministrativa, the aim of the study is to analyse the criteria developed by the Spanish Tribunal Supremo and Tribunal constitutional and by the French Conseil constitutionnel and Conseil d’Etat on green pass and mandatory vaccination.
