Abstract
As part of the ongoing studies on the genus Polycarpon Linnaeus and on the Italian loci classici we present here a note regarding Hagaea alsinifolia Biv., currently accepted as Polycarpon tetraphyllum subsp. alsinifolium (Biv.) Ball, in which an Epitype is designated.
