Abstract
Basal Ganglia play a key role in the processes driving motor performances including emotion motivation and reward. Severe neurological and neuropsychiatric disorders such as Parkinson's disease, ballism, Huntington Chorea and obsessive-compulsive disorder have been linked to Basal Ganglia dysfunctions.
