La cultura nel PNRR e la cultura del PNRR: alcune considerazioni

Abstract

Moving from a reflection by Peter Häberle, the work intends to consider, on one hand, what are the interventions on culture (with regard to education, re - search and cultural heritage) that are outlined in the PNRR and, on the other hand, whether the culture of the PNRR, which is affected by the context in which the Plan has matured, can affect the administration of public affairs, changing the traditional vision.
