Abstract

The article analyses the institutes of solidarity of the country for the mafia’s victims, considering law and case-law, and focusing on the need that the administration realizes an appropriate balance between the different interests involved, as established by the principle of due process and so by the principle of an adversarial process, according to a model set out on the subject of anti-mafia prohibitions.
