Italy: Legal Response to Covid-19’

Abstract

Oxford Constitutional Law (OXCON) is the home of Oxford’s constitutional law services, including Oxford Constitutions of the World, US Constitutional Law and the Max Planck Encyclopedia of Comparative Constitutional Law. Via the platform users are able to perform a single search across all of our constitutional law services, ensuring speedy, inclusive results. The Oxford Compendium of National Legal Responses to Covid-19 is a global academic collaboration mapping legal responses to Covid-19 in dozens of participating countries and territories. Each entry is structured identically and explores the role of public law, institutional adaptation, public health measures, social and labour policy, and human rights measures introduced or applied as a response to the Covid-19 pandemic. The Oxford Compendium is the primary output of the Lex-Atlas: Covid-19 project. The Article here discuss about legal measures adopted in response to covid-19 affecting vulnerable persons.
