Abstract

The contribution aims to offer a synthetic framework on the internal and supranational legislation on crimes of sexual violence, focusing specifically on the so-called Red code, both in terms of substantial profiles and procedural innovations, trying to highlight the 'shadows' of the microsystem that has been outlined, capable of invalidating its effectiveness
