Please also note that, as already stated in the ministerial note entitled “Procedures for the entry, stay, enrolment of international students and the related recognition of qualifications for higher education courses in Italy valid for the academic year 2025-2026” on page 7, the prior acceptance of a candidate by the university does not confer any right to obtain a visa, given that the issuance of study visas is the exclusive responsibility of the individual diplomatic-consular representations.
