Quality assurance of the PhD course in Sustainability and Ecological Transition is central to the mission of the PhD.

The Teachers' Board appoints, for each cycle, a Quality Assurance (QA) Commission, composed of two members of the Doctoral Boardwho are not members of QA Commissions of other courses and a representative of the PhD students.
The QA Commission, together with the coordinator and the Doctoral Board, is in charge of managing the quality assurance of the PhD.
Specifically, the Commission analyses the questionnaires, proposes improvement actions, verifies their effectiveness, monitors the validity of the design and planning of improvement actions. In these actions, the QA Commission updates and interfaces with the coordinator and reports to the entire Board on the results of the questionnaires and consultations and the proposed improvement actions.
