As part of the Erasmus program with Vilnius Gediminas Technical University (VGTU) in Lithuania, we are pleased to host Dr. Rolandas Strazdas next week. Dr. Strazdas will conduct an 8-hour seminar for LM 31 Master's students and M3AI PhD students on October 21st and 22nd, 2024.

The seminar, titled “Innovation Strategy and Tactics”, will take place in Aula Rubino - Ed. 08, Viale delle Scienze, Palermo on the following days:

• October 21st, 2024, from 14:00 to 18:00
• October 22nd, 2024, from 14:00 to 18:00

The seminar will cover the following topics:

• Models for the development of innovative products (2 academic hours)
• The KANO model and its application (2 academic hours)
• Methods to stimulate creativity (4 academic hours)
