Call for Applications: Support Staff for the AiIG (Italian Association of Management Engineering) Annual Conference 2024

Dear Master’s students in Management Engineering,

We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for you to join the Organizing Committee of the upcoming Annual Scientific Meeting of the Italian Association of Management Engineering (AiIG) as staff member.

The conference will take place at the University of Palermo (Department of Engineering, Viale delle Scienze Campus) on October 10th and 11th, focusing on the theme “How AI is Changing Economic Systems, Organizations, and Society”. 

As part of the support staff, you will be involved in various activities, including:

• Assisting with attendee registration and welcoming participants
• Providing logistic support to speakers and participants
• Coordinating room setup for sessions and managing materials
• Offering guidance and information to participants during the conference
• Ensuring smooth transitions between sessions

This is a fantastic chance to meet and network with over 300 scientists and professors from universities across Italy, while deepening your knowledge on the impact of Artificial Intelligence. Based on the academic career, we will select 40 students to be part of the staff member. The students selected will receive 3 CFU for their involvement.
