1. Monopoly of PM Game (Day 1): Students will actively participate in the “Monopoly of PM” game, gaining practical experience in decision-making scenarios.

2. Business Case Narratives (Day 2): Students will delve into real-world business cases, discussing decision-making strategies and their impact on project outcomes.

All materials and speeches will be conducted in English.

At the end of the workshop, a mini-test will assess your learning outcomes. Upon successful completion of the test, students will be awarded with 1 CFU.
