DOAJ - Directory of Open Access Journal
The most popular directory of scientific open access journals. It indexes more than 10,000 journals (of which over 6,000 are searchable at Article level). It is possible to search the database in many ways: by keyword, or browsing by subject, country of publication, publisher, publication year, title. Searching criteria include the CC licenses and the business model for the payment of fees (es. author pays, etc.).
A directory of online academic journals developed by the University Library of Regensburg. Not all the e-journals listed in EJL are open access, but clear signs allow to distinguish the journals providing free access to full-text from those accessible only through a paid subscription. It is possible to browse lists by subject.
A database of journal titles developed by Genamics, in cooperation with OCLC. It includes more than 100,000 bibliographic records, with titles from over 6,000 publishers. It is organized into discipline areas, offering basic bibliographic information and details on full-text free availability or other conditions of access.
