The multi-frequency measurements include laser excitation at: 1064 nm, 785 nm, 633 nm, 532 nm, 325 nm and enable to detect the Raman signal with high efficiency avoiding fluorescence interference. It is also possible to carry out spatial scans of samples with micrometric resolution in extended field up to some mm to reconstruct compositional maps of the samples. Finally, the laboratory is equipped with a cell to carry out measurements in controlled atmosphere (O2, N2, CO2, Ar) and as a function of temperature from 77 K up to 873 K (measurements on request and by quotation of costs) on samples of size of the order of cm2 |
