Educational objectives – professional opportunities for graduates
Graduates should acquire the scientific methods and contents in the business, economic, mathematical-statistic and legal fields, advanced knowledge of all classes of business, the needed advanced economic-business knowledge in all the possible applications for all business macro-classes (private, public or no profit) and for the most diffused sector classes (industrial, commercial, services and public administration), dimension classes (small, medium, big), technology classes (backward, mature, advanced), etc…, with a general orientation towards change and development, under an international and multicultural perspective. They should also acquire specific professional competences for autonomous and subordinate employment, both in the administrative organisation, management, surveying and administration macro areas, and in the respective functional sub areas, with a general orientation towards higher qualification and management and strategic positions and the capability of using effectively, in written and spoken form, at least one European Union language, besides Italian, in the specific professional field.
The Course is articulated in various curricula, corresponding to particularly important knowledge and competence trends, such as, for instance, governance of business systems, business communication and management of companies.
Graduates of this course might carry out organisation, management, surveying and administration activities, up to top management levels in companies with any dimension and complexity; work as consultants for companies, Public accountants, book-keeping experts or auditors (after a three-year practice and a national qualification examination), as Labour consultants (after at least a two-year practice and a national qualification examination), and as tax consultants.
They can pursue a career both in the public (control, advice, administration) and the private (assistance, representation, protection…) sector, where they may also carry out research and study activities, as well as teaching and education activities.
