Non EU citizens living abroad: pre-enrolment in 2nd cycle Degree Courses

In order to pre-enrol to University of Palermo you must go to the competent Italian diplomatic representation in your Country and sumbit the following documentation:

  1. pre-enrolment form in two originals Form A (EN Version) / Form A (IT Version)  ;
  2. two passport-sized photographs, one of which signed by you;
  3. original of the University degree or educational qualification which allows you to pass on to a two-year Master's course. This must have already been legalized by the competent Authority of the country which issued it, or with Apostille stamp, and officially translated into Italian;
  4. official certificate issued by the foreign academic Institution with the list of all the exams you passed;
  5. the admission letter (the Italian version) sent by our International Students Office.

The Italian diplomatic representation will:

  1. legalize the Italian translation of the University degree and make it official;
  2. issue the declaration of value ( Form L ) of the University degree necessary for the final enrolment;
  3. authenticate one of the two photographs;
  4. forward the documentation at your expenses to the University of Palermo ( info@pec.unipa.it ).
