Conferenze del 15 e 16 marzo 2017
I giorni 15 e 16 Marzo p.v. si terranno due conferenze organizzate dalla prof.ssa Rossella Corrao che si inseriscono nell'ambito dei seminari organizzati per il Corso di Architettura Tecnica e Innovazione Tecnologica e per il Corso di Dottorato in Architettura, nonchè come attività di disseminazione correlate al progetto EU ZeroPlus.
In particolare:
- il 15 Marzo 2017 alle ore 17:00 presso la Cappella Chiaramonte allo Steri (Chiesa di Sant’Antonio Abate)si terrà la conferenza del prof. Matthias Santamouris dal titolo: Local Climate Change and Urban Mitigation Techniques to Counterbalance it.
Short Bio del prof. Santamouris:
Professor of High Performance Architecture in the University of New South Wales, Australia; professor at the University of Athens, Greece and visiting Professor at the Cyprus Institute, Metropolitan University of London, Tokyo Polytechnic University, Bolzano University, Brunnel University and National University of Singapore.
Director of the Laboratory of Building Energy Research, at the University of Athens.
Past President of the National Center of Renewable and Energy Savings of Greece.
- il 16 Marzo 2017 alle ore 17:00, presso l'Aula Basile del Dipartimento di Architettura, Ed. 8, si terrà la conferenza del prof. Thomas Bock dal titolo: CRC/RCR. From Construction Robotics Comics (CRC) to Real Construction Robotics (RCR).
Short Bio del prof. Bock:
Chair of Building Realization and Robotics, Department of Architecture at TUM - Technische Universität München, Director at the International Association for Automation and Robotics in Construction in Eindhoven, the Asian Habitat Society in Beijing and the International Institute of Construction Information in Tokyo. Advisor to the French Ministère de l'Emploi, de la Cohésion Sociale et du Logement. Member of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, the Russian Academy of Sciences and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
