Abstracts should be sent to ica2017@unipa.it, specifying “Submission” in the object. Notification on the reception will be sent.
The deadline for abstract submission is the 30^th April 2017.
The Scientific Committee will revise and evaluate the contributions.
The authors will receive a confirmation of acceptance for oral communication or poster.
The abstracts of the 17^th ICA will be published in a Monograph Issue of Biodiversity journal in August 2017 (only Online version).
None printed version of book of abstracts will be available.
The authors may send two scientific contributions at most per every single registration fee.

FORMAT

Title (Times New Roman 10.5)
Presenting author's contact details (Times New Roman 9.5): names of all Authors, Email address of corresponding author, Affiliations and full Institutional Addresses.
Text (Times New Roman 10.5): the abstract should describe objectives, methods, results and conclusions of research. It must not exceed 6000 characters and two pages (A4 format).
Figures: A maximum of two images can be included in JPEG/TIFF format, 300dpi, with 7.5x8 cm max size. They must be marked by Arabic number and referred in the text as Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
The insertion of one illustration/figure reduces the text to 4000 characters, while two figures reduce it to 3000 characters. Together with the figures, the authors should also provide captions (Times New Roman 9)
